Once a year, Museomix brings together museums from all over the world. As 3-day creative sprint inside a museum, it gahters professionals from different backgrounds to experiment collectively with new uses of digital technology in the heart of a museum. Museomix aims to create an open museum with a place for everyone. A living-lab museum that evolves with its users.

In 2014, the first swiss museomix edition took place at the Art and History Museum in Geneva. During 3 days and 2 night, 50 makers were given carte-blanche to invent, design, prototype and test innovative museum installations with new technologies. Is it possible to remix or even hack a museum ? What could museums learn from the innovation and digital techmologies field ? Would you join this cultural makeathon in 2015 ?
