Sami Loikala is a Service Design Lead within Fjord, Design and innovation team part of Accenture Interactive based in Helsinki, Finland. He joined Fjord in 2011.
Sami brings strong user experience design and design management competencies to Fjord's service design projects.
In over 14 years of experience in the digital media and software industry, he has held diverse positions such as user interface specialist, senior concept designer and producer. He has also worked as a user experience group leader in a software company.
During the years his clients have included global software, media, mobile and telecom companies like Nokia, NSN, TeliaSonera, Sanoma, Garanti and Fujitsu.
