Break away from the buzz of the conference and bring your awareness back to your inner self!
To start the last day of Lift16 with a calm and relaxed mind, we invite you to join this 30-min silent group meditation. Sat in a circle among your fellow lifters, you can either practice your own method or follow the simple suggestions provided at the beginning of the session. A Tibetan bowl will be rung every 10 minutes and we will finish with a very light metta meditation.
Please feel free to bring comfortable clothing, a cushion or a folded blanket to sit on. Those among us wishing to pray or follow religious rites are very welcome to do so. We only ask of everyone to remain silent to allow the others to practice comfortably.
Johann Recordon will be present in the room to take care of the logistics and assist you.
Note: If you would like to attend this session, feel free to come a little earlier than 8:00 and go straight down to Room 16. You can ask the welcome desk how to get there and you can use the bathroom on level 0 or -1 to change.
