Aljoscha Kaplan is Managing Director and founder of GMPVC German Media Pool, Germany’s leading independent Media for Equity fund. GMPVC was launched in 2011 and has made 13 investments so far.
Aljoscha is also Managing Director of Raffay Media Ventures, a company specialized in setting up and running Venture Capital activities for leading media groups in Germany and abroad. Previously, Aljoscha worked for mayato, a business analytics and business intelligence consultancy, for M10-Partners, an investor partnership, and as a senior consultant for Ernst & Young in both Washington D.C. and Stuttgart, Germany.
Aljoscha holds a dual degree in Business and Economics from Humboldt-University Berlin.
