Fabrice starts journalism in 1991 after graduating from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. After free lancing for various Swiss and French newspapers like L'Agefi, Le Figaro and Le Monde, he joined magazine L'Hebdo staff in 1994 and started focusing about economy, technology and science. From 1996 to 1999, he served as staff technology reporter for magazine Bilan in Switzerland. In 1999, he went back to University and graduate with a Master in Society, Science and Technology in Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL). He also joined daily Swiss economic newspaper L'Agefi where he serves as a US correspondent in Boston from 2001 to 2004 and then as European correspondent in Paris. Since September 2006, Fabrice Delaye is the Paris-based international correspondent magazine Bilan as well as the editor of Technology by Bilan in Geneva. He also writes regularly for Science Business in Brussels.
