Jean-Luc Wingert is a social innovation consultant based in Paris. Trained as an engineer at Nancy University (France) he received a Master in Social Development from EHESS Paris (Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales). He loves analysing complex problems and situations and eventually helping solving them. He started his career as an Information System and Organisation consultant where he worked for major companies including energy companies. He wrote a pioneer book about energy issues in 2005 “La vie après le pétrole” (Life after oil). He then developed projects in the field of mobility at the French National Institute for Transport Studies (IFSTTAR) and projects including mobility and Open Hardware. Recently he was project manager for the think tank FING to help the French investment bank BPI France to include a broader vision of innovation to it’s business services.
