Mr. Sabbagh is the President & CEO of SES, and the Chairman of the Executive Committee. He is also the Chairman of SES ASTRA, and is a member of the Board of Directors as well as the Risk and Audit Committee of O3b. Additionally, he is a member of the Yahlive Board of Directors. He served on the Board of Directors of SES from April 2011 until August 2013 and was a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of SES for the same period.
Prior to joining SES, Mr. Sabbagh was a Senior Partner and a global practice leader for communications, media & technology at Booz & Company. At Board and Chief Executive levels, he has shaped and served the strategic agenda of global players in the communications, media and satellite sectors.
Mr. Sabbagh is a visiting professor in technology and innovation management and member of the Academic Council for the School of International Management at Écoles des Ponts et Chaussées ParisTech (Grandes Écoles) in France. He holds a BBA with Distinction from the American University of Beirut, an MBA from the American University of Beirut, a PhD with Honors in strategic management from the American Century University in New Mexico, and a Doctorate in international business management from the International School of Management.
