Manuel is the co-founding and Managing Partner of BCCC Attorneys-at-Law LLC, one of the Swiss leading business law firms. Manuel has a wide corporate law expertise with a strong business focus advising stakeholders, entrepreneurs and managers at each step of their corporate development. He heads the corporate and M&A practice group of the firm.
Manuel was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1993 after earning a Ph.D. in Law from Lausanne University in 1990 and an LL.M from Columbia Law School (1991). He received the First Prize Moot Court Michel Nançoz from the Geneva Bar Association in 1993. Manuel co-founded BCCC in 2001 after a ten-year practice in prominent Swiss business law firms. He lectures media law at Geneva University since 2003.
