Thomas is a Partner at BCCC Attorneys-at-Law LLC, one of the Swiss leading business law firms. Thomas is an expert in banking and finance, investment funds, private equity and venture capital, commodities trading and corporate law. He co-heads BCCC’s banking & finance practice group in Geneva.
Prior to being admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2001, Thomas graduated from the University of Fribourg in 1998. He subsequently earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial and Corporate Law from King’s College London in 2005. Before joining BCCC in 2005, he worked several years for first class law firms both in Geneva and Zurich.
