Niklaus Moor was born 1970 in Zurich, Switzerland. After initially striving to become an actor, he studied Social Psychology and obtained his master-degree. The game and movie fanatic is part of Swisscom’s Innovations Department and brings the user perspective into the design process. Throughout the last three years he built up and headed the Swisscom Labs, the open innovation platform of the biggest Swiss telecom operator. Niklaus lives with his wife, son and dog in Berne, Switzerland.
