Professor at the research laboratory EDANA - ergonomics, design and anthropotechnology - at the Haute Ecole Arc in Neuchâtel, Carole Baudin has been working for 15 years on the integration of the human and social aspects in the product design process. She is also studying methods and techniques to understand, analyze, and communicate about the users’ practices and the designers activities as social, technical, situated and embodied activities.
