Remo Uherek, 31 years old, BA in Business from the University of Basel, is a Serial Entrepreneur born and raised in Basel. After building and selling his social media company Trigami AG, he now is a mentor and advisor for several start-up companies. After being challenged by burnout, depression and a general sense of unfulfillment, he started to change his habits. In 2009, he started meditating, and developed a passion for changing his life: no alcohol/drugs, minimalistic lifestyle, regular running, energy management. In 2014 he co-founded ZenFriend.com, an mobile app and worldwide community with the purpose to help people build a daily meditation habit.
