Richard Frank is building the legal and governance structure of healthbank, a citizen-owned health data platform. healthbank will be a transactional platform for all sources of health and medical data, and will reward its data-sharing users. Richard previously was a partner with the leading U.S. life sciences/technology law firm Cooley LLP, where for 20 years he advised startups, SMEs and high profile listed companies in Silicon Valley. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
